SHIPPING

Shipping within Croatia is HRK 20.00 / EUR 2.65 or HRK 26.00 / EUR 3.45 (with cash on delivery).

If the Buyer does not pick up the shipment within 5 (five) working days from the date of notification of pickup, the shipment is returned to the company Za Prijatelje životinja d.o.o.

If the Buyer does not take delivery of the sent goods without a valid reason and they are returned to the company Za Prijatelje životinja d.o.o., Za Prijatelje životinja d.o.o. reserves the right to additional collection of the actual costs of failed delivery.

Product delivery is possible in the Republic of Croatia and in the EU through Hrvatska pošta (Croatian Post).

COLLECTION OF PRODUCTS IN THE STORE

The ordered item can be picked up at the premises of the Animal Friends association (Jurišićeva ulica 25, 10 000 Zagreb). To pick up the product, you need to send an email to shop@prijatelji-zivotinja.hr with your name and surname, as well as the estimated time and exact date of pick up. The working hours of the Association are Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

TYPES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made in the following ways:

1. Payment by credit and debit cards

Payment can be made with the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard® and Maestro®, Visa, Discover and Diners – one time.

Authorization and payment of credit cards is done through the WSPay system

Statement on the use of WSPay:

This point of sale uses WSPay for online payments. WSPay is a secure system for real-time online payments, credit and debit cards, and other payment methods. WSPay enables the customer and merchant to securely enter and transfer the entered card data, which is also confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay holds. WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data.

2. Internet banking

When choosing this payment method, you will receive an order confirmation with all the information required for payment to your email address. You can then make the payment using internet banking or the way you normally pay your bills – through the bank, post office, FINA or similar.

Upon receipt of payment, we will send you the ordered items.

3. KEKS Pay

Paying through the KEKS Pay application is very simple, fast and secure. When paying, select the KEKS Pay payment method and follow the instructions on the screen. In short, you start the application on your mobile phone, scan the QR code, and confirm the purchase by moving the slider on your mobile phone to the right. If you shop via mobile phone, then it’s even simpler because you don’t have to scan the QR code, you just start the application and confirm the purchase by moving the slider to the right.

4. Payment by cash on delivery

The cash on delivery option allows you to pay the order amount during delivery to the specified address, when you see the goods in front of you. Cash on delivery is not possible for personal collection at our warehouse. Cash on delivery payment is made exclusively in cash, to the delivery person at the time of delivery to the specified address. In case the recipient is not able to receive the shipment at the defined delivery address at the time of delivery, the delivery person leaves a notification about the arrival of the shipment.

TERMS OF SALE

These conditions of sale define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or complaining about the goods offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) of the products offered in the web store www.shop.prijatelji-zivotinja.hr is Za Prijatelje životnja d.o.o., and the customer is a visitor to the online store who chooses at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller.

Available services and purchase process

www.shop.prijatelji-zivotinja.hr is a website owned by Za Prijatelje životinja d.o.o., whose founder is the Animal Friends Croatia association.

The purchase process consists of filling out a form on the website and selecting a payment method. Goods are ordered by electronic form and e-mail. The customer must fill in the Profile with basic data for billing and delivery of the desired products and will be notified by e-mail about the completed order.

After selecting a product, you can click on its details and find out everything about it and take a closer look at it, and if you want to buy it, just click on the shopping cart and it will immediately be in it. You can choose quantities in the shopping cart, as well as cancel the purchase. At any moment, your shopping cart is visible and available to you, and you can calmly continue browsing our storefront. After shopping, go back to the shopping cart and select complete order. Notification of a successfully completed order or purchase will be sent to your e-mail address.

All prices are expressed in Croatian Kuna and Euro with VAT included.

CONTRACT TERMINATION

The concluded Sales Agreement can be unilaterally terminated by the Buyer within 14 days without giving a reason. If a contract for several products and services was concluded on the basis of the received offer, the unilateral termination of the contract can be terminated in its entirety for all purchased products and services or only for certain ones.

In order for the Buyer to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, he must notify Za prijatelje životinja d.o.o. via e-mail: shop@prijatelji-zivotinja.hr.
